Chelsea is a local girl, born and raised ranching on the Hamakua Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii.  She graduated Hilo High School in 2002. She joined the US Army at 17 years old. She has a family full of military veterans and is honored to be able to continue that legacy.  She was deployed with the 411th Combat Engineering Unit that attached to the 1st Calvary Division in Iraq in 2004 for Operation Iraqi Freedom.  After her tour, she returned to Hawaii and made the move to Maui.  She attended UH Maui College where she was honored to be placed on the Deans List and earn two degrees in Accounting and Business Careers.  She also earned certificates in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.  She worked in the financial industry as an insurance agent and mortgage officer and then entered the world of accounting where she worked with a local accounting firm for several years and later transitioned to working in the hotel accounting industry. 

Real estate had always been a passion of hers and she grew up listening and watching her dad invest in real estate as he built his legacy for their family.  She considers her dad as one of her biggest influences on becoming more active in real estate.  Watching him over those years has motivated her to help more local families see the opportunities right in front of them to own and build family legacies just as her dad did.  She finally made the jump to get licensed in 2020 and made the transition to work in Real Estate full time.  She was called the Million Dollar Agent when her first transaction closed at over a million dollars that year that helped bring home a Hawaii girl that had moved to the mainland years ago.  She made that families dream of coming back home a reality.  This only fueled that fire to be able to help more families make dreams come to life and build generational wealth.

Growing up in east hawaii and living now for almost 20 years on Maui, Chelsea understands the markets in both places.  With both markets being totally different from each other, she is able to help people with a variety of different properties. Chelsea currently lives in Wailuku Maui with her husband who is her partner in real estate. They have 4 children 3 grandchildren.

Giving back to the community has always been another passion of hers.  She actively participates in several non-profit organizations and have served on many of their boards.  She works closely within the Veteran community and women and minority rights empowerment movements.  In 2014, she founded a non-profit organization that focused on empowering our women veterans.
