Get to know Daphne G Halverson

A Local girl, born and raised on the the East side of Kauai, Daphne Halverson graduated from Kapa’a High School in 2009, Magna Cum Laude. Not wanting to leave the beautiful island and her family she decided to attend Kauai Community College (KCC). At KCC, she attained Associates degree in Liberal Arts and then enrolled in the distance learning program at the University of Oahu - West Oahu.

Driven by a strong desire to help others, Daphne initially worked towards getting a degree in Hospitality and Tourism; however, after taking Introduction to Entrepreneurship Business class, she felt she could do more for her community with a business degree. During this time, she had to work four jobs in order to pay her way through college. In 2016, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business.

After graduating college, Daphne worked as a Concierge & server until 2020 when she was hired as a receptionist for Marriott Vacation Club. While working at the Marriott Daphne’s mother encouraged her to get her to get her Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson License. After passing her exam in 2022, Daphne hung her license with Marriott Vacation Club where she was a Quality Assurance Executive. On December 2023 she decided to become a Real Estate Agent. 

Daphne enjoys helping others. She knew that wherever life took her it would involve that. She had a dream to one day work for herself and she wanted to make sure that whatever it was that she did, helping others was the core of it. Daphne resides on the East side of Kauai with her dog, Chief, and husband, Mateo. She is excited to start her Real Estate career with eXp Realty. She is new in the industry but Daphne knows and loves Kaua’i and is ready to share and help all who are seeking to build a life and home on the island.
