Known for his easygoing, patient, and upbeat demeanor, he is a favorite among buyers, sellers, and fellow agents alike. His high responsiveness and genuine aloha spirit, combined with a warm, welcoming, and optimistic personality, set him apart.

Born and raised on Hawai'i Island, Peter graduated from Hawai’i Preparatory Academy in 2005 before pursuing Marine Science and Environmental Studies at the University of San Diego. Graduating in 2009, he developed a passion for sustainability and returned home to work in the research and cultivation of algae and other marine organisms. He later became an educator, teaching students of all ages from Pahoa to Kohala, which refined his skills as a clear and effective communicator.

Now raising his family on the Hamakua Coast, Peter has lived across nearly every corner of Hawai'i Island, from Ka’u to Waikoloa, and Hawi to Pahoa. This has given him a deep understanding and appreciation for its natural beauty and diverse communities. With extensive knowledge of the island’s culture, school districts, agriculture, microclimates, and real estate market, he is uniquely qualified to help clients find their perfect home.

Having built an off-grid homestead in Hawaiian Paradise Park and renovated numerous homes as a professional handyman, Peter’s comprehensive understanding of construction, buying, and selling is further enriched by his upbringing by two seasoned real estate brokers and home builders. With profound local knowledge and strong negotiating skills, Peter is dedicated to making your dreams of staying in Hawaii or finding a new home on the island a reality.
